Company

Cruise IT Services

Cruise IT Services has been established in October 2004 as privately owned company. Based in Telfs, Austria, we have chosen a location in the heart of Europe. As IT full service provider for cruise- and cargo-ships as well as for small and medium-sized companies, we save our clients the hassle to coordinate and deal with more suppliers. Our customers are used to outsource all IT matters to professionals, so that they can fully focus on their key business.

IT-Consultant, Solution Provider, Competence Center

We work out solutions by closely cooperating with our customers and trying the best to meet their individual requirements. We see our role as IT-consultant and solution provider with high operational competence. Regular continuing education and  participation at IT conferences is an integral part of our job. We are not going to install new technologies with our customers before having tested and actively used in our office.

Cloud-Partner

In the recent past we have focused on cloud services and, in this regard we have established an Office 365 partnership with Microsoft. In the future more and more IT services will be transferred from the local network to computing centers and for this new IT era we are going to be the adequate partner for our customers.

Ship IT management

Doing a lot of projects on cruise- and cargo-ships we know the specific working environment on vessels very well. Our customers are used to outsource all IT matters, so that they can fully focus on their key business. As IT full service provider we are the adequate partner, who is also taking on project management. Our job covers all IT infrastructure aspects: planning the cabling, implementing the network, installation and configuration of servers and clients, setting up failover-, backup-, and security-conecpts and servicing the IT environment.

Cargo Ships

No on-site IT administrator managing the network and weeks at sea make the design of IT concepts for cargo ships a special challenge. In this environment there is need for failover solutions, that can easily be managed by the on board crew without high level IT knowledge.

IT Infrastructure

We design your IT Infrastructure

If you can under no circumstances allow your data to leave the premises or only partially want to use cloud services, we would like to design the optimal IT infrastructure together with you.

We implement your IT Infrastructure

As a matter of course we also implement the IT infrastructure, we have previously designed. We always focus on a smooth migration of the old IT-environment, which means all data, emails etc. to be available for users after finishing the project.

 We manage your IT Infrastructure

We are pleased to take on the management of your IT-environment, so that you can focus on your business.

IT Network

Network Infrastructure Overview

Network infrastructure refers to the interconnected hardware, software, and communication resources that enable devices to communicate and share data within a network. It serves as the foundation for IT environments, supporting business operations, communications, and applications.

We are taking care of:

  • Enhanced Communication: Seamless connectivity across devices and locations.

  • Operational Efficiency: Reliable data sharing and application support.

  • Scalability: Accommodates growing business needs.

  • Improved Security: Protects against cyber threats.

  • Cost Savings: Centralized management reduces overhead.

IT Security

IT Security is the practice of protecting digital systems, data, networks, and devices from unauthorized access, disruption, or destruction. It ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA) of information, safeguarding businesses and individuals from cyber threats.

Or security measures:

  • Setup of Firewall (Fortinet/PaloAlto)

  • Network Design and implementation (VLANs/NAC)

  • Endpoint Detection and Response based on AI

  • ActiveDirectory multi tier architecture

  • Microsoft Security baselines

  • Keep OS and applications up to date

  • Backup Solution / Disaster Recovery Concept

Cloud Migration

On-Premise

Refers to software, servers, and infrastructure hosted entirely within an organization’s own physical location. Everything is owned, managed, and maintained by the organization.

You have direct control over data, servers, and security. Infrastructure can be tailored to specific needs. Suitable for industries with strict regulatory or data sovereignty requirements. Systems can function without constant internet connectivity.

Cloud

Refers to services, applications, and data storage hosted on remote servers and accessed over the internet. Cloud providers like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud manage the underlying infrastructure.

Resources can be scaled up or down on demand. Pay-as-you-go pricing eliminates large upfront capital expenses. Accessible from anywhere with an internet connection. High uptime and disaster recovery options.

Migration

Together we elaborate the best solution for your company what to keep onpremise and what to migrate to the cloud.

Add more power to the Office you rely on

Work from virtually anywhere using the Office applications you trust across your favorite devices—PCs, Macs, and select mobile devices. With Office as a subscription, you can rely on always having the latest versions of your trusted applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and more).

Email and calendars on the go

Keep everyone in sync with enterprise-grade email and shared calendars they can access at their desk or on the go.Hold on to important email with 25 GB storage for each user.

Extend your reach with Office Web Apps

View and edit Office documents on your devices, anywhere you go. Work with others across platforms, devices, and Office versions to write papers, prepare presentations, create spreadsheets, and take notes. Store documents on the web so you can share them with anyone who has a supported browser, even if they don't have Office installed.

Work better together with file sharing

Collaborate with teammates, partners, and customers with documents that are always up to date and accessible from almost anywhere. Add and respond to comments and status updates so everyone’s in the know. Share ideas using blogs and wikis.

Conferencing made easy

Connect immediately or set up and host online meetings with multi-party HD video conferencing, real-time note taking, and screen sharing.

Monitoring

Network Monitoring

Focuses on routers, switches, firewalls, and internet connections. Monitors bandwidth usage, latency, packet loss, and uptime. Identifies network bottlenecks, outages, or security threats.

Application Monitoring

Ensures applications are running smoothly and are accessible. Tracks application performance metrics like response time, error rates, and throughput. Supports troubleshooting and optimization.

Software Distribution

Software distribution refers to the process of delivering software applications, updates, or patches to end-users, devices, or servers. This process ensures that software reaches the intended audience in an efficient, secure, and user-friendly manner. It plays a critical role in managing and deploying software, especially in enterprise and cloud-based environments.

Mobile Device Management
